If your booked space was dirty when you arrived, we’re really sorry- this isn’t how we expect you to find the space.
We ask our Community Connectors (our on-site team) to check over the spaces before your booking starts and to do any necessary cleaning and caretaking.
We also ask that the school leaves the spaces clean and usable at the end of the day.
However, if, after these measures, you find your booked space dirty, if you can, take a photo and please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date and space of booking
- any time spent cleaning
- a photo of the space
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with the appropriate actions.
