If you have items stored at the school, and during a booking you weren’t able to access them- we’re really sorry for the disruption and inconvenience caused.
If you weren’t able to access your storage, please send us an email to info@school-space.org. Our Customer Operations team will look into why the issue happened and take the following actions:
- follow the relevant process to ensure it doesn’t happen again
- if appropriate, offer up to a 15% discount for the affected booking only.
