If something has gone wrong or you have any issues during one of your bookings, please do let us know by email at info@school-space.org. It’s really helpful if you give us as much information as possible including:
- date of booking
- space
- time
- (if relevant) the reason why the issue happened
It’s really important that you report all issues and complaints by email, so we have a ‘paper trail’ and a written record that we can use to ensure that your issue is dealt with promptly.
