We understand that not being able to access the equipment you need is really disappointing, which is why we recommend that you make sure that you contact us to organise your equipment prior to your bookings.
Please email info@school-space.org with:
- the date
- the space
- the time
- Equipment request
Our Customer Operations Team will check in with the School to see if we can get the equipment ahead of your next booking.
However, please note, that we do only let out the bare spaces and can’t guarantee the condition of the equipment, therefore we can’t offer any refunds for not being able to use the equipment.
