If this does happen, it’s possible that our on-call staff (London: 0800 311 8322/ Oxfordshire & Berkshire: 0800 311 8445) or our Community Connectors will be able to help you find a suitable alternative.
If you couldn’t access your booked space please send us an email to info@school-space.org with the:
- the date
- the space
- the time you were able to enter the space
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with the appropriate actions.
