If you didn’t find your booked space as expected, we’re really sorry- we aim for you to find the space ready to use without any issues.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you are aware of the normal state of the space when making the booking by checking with our Customer Operations team.
E.g. if a Main Hall always has chairs set up for assembly, this is how customers should expect to find the space at the start of their booking, and how they should leave the space at the end of their booking.
The measures taken to ensure the booked spaces are ready to use:
- We ask our Community Connectors (our on-site team) to check over the spaces before your booking starts and to do any necessary cleaning and caretaking.
- We ask that the school leaves the spaces clean and ready to use at the end of the day.
- We also ask all customers to leave the space as they found it, so any customers using the space before you should leave the space ready to use.
However, if, after these measures, you find your booked space not ready to use, if you can, take a photo and please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date and space of booking
- any time spent preparing the space to its regular state
- a photo of the space as found
