If you’ve booked a space and don't use it, you will still be charged. This is because the space is booked out and another customer is unable to book it.
To avoid charges, please remove the space from the booking by 1st of the month for the upcoming month - if you’re not sure how to do this, click here.
If you’ve booked a space, but not sure if it will be suitable, and therefore aren’t sure whether you’ll want to use it, we highly recommend requesting a viewing. We can book you in to view the space with one of our Community Connectors (on-site team) before the booking, so you can decide if it’s suitable.
Please note that viewings can only happen when the space isn’t in use. To avoid disappointment, viewings must be booked more than 5 working days in advance with our office Customer Operations team. If you’d like to book a viewing, please email us at info@school-space.org with details of:
- Your booked space, school and date
- The space you would like to view
Our Customer Operations team will then get back to you with some options of time-slots when the space can be viewed.
