If you need to leave your space early, it’s really important that you call our on-call number (London: 0800 311 8322/ Oxford: 0800 311 8445) to let us know that you’re leaving earlier than expected.
This ensures that no spaces are left unattended in the school. Leaving spaces unattended poses a security risk for our customers, staff and the school, so it’s for everyone’s protection that you let us know you’re leaving a space early.
With this in mind, please also note that sometimes our staff aren’t able to get to site any earlier - if this is the case, sadly we would need you to remain on site until they get there so that we can ensure that spaces are left unattended.
We can’t offer any refunds for the time you don’t use the space when leaving early.
