You’ll be met at the school by one of our lovely Community Connectors - they’re our hard-working on-site staff who make sure the spaces are open and available when you need them.
We usually have 2-3 Community Connectors per school, so it won’t always be the same person opening and closing the space for you.
They have tons of knowledge about the sites so if you have any questions about the space, and how it should be left, you’re welcome to ask them.
If you have any admin-related questions, these must go through our office Customer Operations team at info@school-space.org. This includes:
- Cancellations
- Booking time changes
- Booking date changes
- Equipment needs
- Extra booking dates
- Holidays
