Don’t forget, you need to give more than 7 days notice before your booking date to make any changes.
You have a one-off event booked with us
If you have a one-off event booked with us and you’d like to remove one of the spaces you have booked, please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- The date of the booking
- The space you’d like to remove
You have a regular booking with us
For multiple dates
If you need one of the spaces removing from your regular booking for multiple dates, send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the day of the week and time slot of your booking
- the space you’d like to remove
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the space has been removed from your booking. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
For an individual date
- Log in to your online account
- Make sure you are on the ‘upcoming bookings’ tab and find the date you’d like to add the space to.
- Click on the little arrow in the top right corner to expand the booking.
- Click the little bin next to the space you’d like to remove.
- Then in the next box, you’ll be asked if you’re sure that you’d like to remove it - click ‘yes remove space’.
Your space has now been removed from your booking! If you change your mind and need to re-add the space or add another one, click here. Remember that you need more than 5 working days notice to do so.
A note about your invoice: Any changes made to bookings after the invoice has been generated and sent means that the invoice will need to be revised.Please be aware that updating your invoice can take up to 3 weeks.All invoices for regular bookings are generated and sent on the 15th of the month prior to your bookings. As payment for invoices is due on the 1st of the month, any overpayments made will be placed on your account by way of a credit note.
