If you need some time to pack away after your booking, you need to book this in with our office Customer Operations team or on your online account. It needs to be booked in to make sure that another customer won’t come in expecting to use the space in the time you need to pack away. Please remember that we need more than 7 days notice to accept these changes.
Break-down time will be charged at the same rate as your booking; you’re hiring the space for the whole time you need to use it which includes any setting-up and packing-away time.
