If you need some time to set up for your booking, you need to book this in with our Customer Operations team or on your online account. It needs to be booked in to make sure that another customer isn’t using the space in the time you need to set-up. Please remember that we need more than 7 days notice to accept these changes.
Set-up time will be charged at the same rate as your booking; you’re hiring the space for the whole time you need to use it which includes any setting-up and packing-away time.
