We understand - life happens, things come up and changes need to be made. Changing the date of your booking won’t be a problem as long as:
- there’s availability
- you request the change more than 7 days before the new date
- you request the change more than 7 days before the original date (if not, you may be a charged a cancellation fee)
You have a one-off event booked with us
If you have a one-off event booked with us and you’d like to change the date, please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- The date of the booking
- The new date you’d like to change the booking to
Please note: a change of date may incur a change in the booking cost- due to our ‘premium hours’ which occur on weekend evenings and bank holidays. Have a read here for full details of our premium hour charges.
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the date has been changed. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received email confirmation from us.
You have a regular booking with us
If you have a regular booking with us, and you’d like to switch one of the booked sessions to another date, please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- The date of the booking you’d like the change
- The new date that you’d like to change your booking to
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the date has been changed. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us. Once the date has been changed, you will be able to see this in your online account.
