We understand - sometimes, even after you’ve planned for everything, changes still need to be made! Making changes to your booking won’t be a problem as long as:

there’s availability

you request the change with more than 7 days before the booked date.
You have a one-off event booked with us
If you have a one-off event booked at one of our schools and you’ve received your confirmation email, but you’ve realised you need to make a change, send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- your booking date, time, space and school
- the changes you would like to make (please detail the changes as clearly as possible, so our Customer Operations team can understand exactly what you need, check the suitability, and can process them quickly)
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the changes have been made. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
You have a regular booking with us
For multiple dates
If you’ve just booked in a regular slot at one of our schools and you’ve received a confirmation email, but need to make a change to multiple dates, send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
-your booking pattern: day of the week, time-slot, space
-the changes you would like to make (please detail the changes as clearly as possible, so our Customer Operations team can understand exactly what you need and can process them quickly)
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the changes have been made. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
Individual dates
If you’ve booked a regular slot at one of our schools, and you need to make a change to specific dates within the booking, you can do this on your online account:
A note about your invoice: Any changes made to bookings after the invoice has been generated and sent means that the invoice will need to be revised.
Please be aware that updating your invoice can take up to 3 weeks.
All invoices for regular bookings are generated and sent on the 15th of the month prior to your bookings. As payment for invoices is due on the 1st of the month, any overpayments made will be placed on your account by way of a credit note.
