How to: change the time of my booking

• You have a one-off event booked with us 
• You have a regular booking with us

Don’t forget, you need to give more than 7 days notice before your booking date to make any changes.

You have a one-off event booked with us

If you have a one-off event booked with us and you’d like to change the time-slot,  please send us an email to [e-mail] with details of:

• The date of your booking
• The space used
• The original time-slot of the booking
• The new time-slot you would like

Please note: a change of time-slot may incur a change in the booking cost- due to our ‘premium hours’ which occur on weekend evenings and bank holidays. Have a read here for full details of our premium hour charges. 

Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the time-slot has been updated. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us. 

 

You have a regular booking with us

For every date:
If you need to change the time-slot of your regular booking for every date, you could do it through your online account, but you’d have to do each date separately. Whereas if you get in touch with us, we can do it in 3 clicks! So, send us an email to [e-mail] with details of:

• the day of the week and space used in your booking
• the original time-slot you’d like to change
• the new time-slot you would like

Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the time-slot has been updated. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us. 

 

For an individual date 

1. Log in to your online account 
2.  Make sure you are on the ‘upcoming bookings’ tab and find the date you’d like to change the time of.
3. Click on the little arrow in the top right corner to expand the booking.
4. Click the little pencil next to the space you’d like to change the time-slot of.
5. First, select a new start time, then select the new end time.
6. Click confirm.

Your time-slot has now been updated and confirmed!
