Don’t forget, you need to give more than 7 days notice before your booking date to make any changes.
You have a one-off event booked with us
If you have a one-off event booked with us and you’d like to add another space, please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- The date of the booking
- The space you’d like to add
- The start time and end time you would like to use the space for.
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the space has been added to your booking.
Please note, the space hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received email confirmation from us.
If you’re not sure which extra space you’d like (but know that you need something) email us your requirements to info@school-space.org and we’ll have a look at what’s available for you.
You have a regular booking with us
For multiple dates
If you need an extra space adding to your regular booking for multiple dates, send an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the dates you would like to add to
- the space you’d like to add
- the start time and the end time that you’d like to use the added space for
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the space has been added to your booking.
Please note, the space hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us. Once it has been confirmed, it will also appear on your online account.
For individual dates
If you’d like to add a space to specific dates within your booking, you can do this on your online account.
Here is how:
- Log in to your online account
- Make sure you are on the ‘upcoming bookings’ tab and find the date you’d like to add the space to.
- Click on the little arrow in the top right corner to expand the booking.
- Click ‘add a space’
- Select the space you’d like to add from the list.
- Select the start time and end time you’d like to use the space for.
* You’ll only be able to select times that the space is available* - Click confirm
The space has now been added and confirmed to your booking! If you change your mind and need to remove the space click here.
A note about your invoice: Any changes made to bookings after the invoice has been generated and sent means that the invoice will need to be revised.Please be aware that updating your invoice can take up to 3 weeks.All invoices for regular bookings are generated and sent on the 15th of the month prior to your bookings. As payment for invoices is due on the 1st of the month, any overpayments made will be placed on your account by way of a credit note.
