What does at least 7 days notice actually mean?
Giving more than 7 days notice means that if your booking is on a Thursday, the last possible day you can make any changes is the Wednesday before. This gives us 7 days for the changes to be processed.

What is the reason for giving at least 7 days notice?
We do this so that there is enough time to carry out a number of steps to ensure that bookings run smoothly. Each step may seem simple on its own, however, each one is crucial to the process and they do add up.
Currently, our policy is 7 days, and we hope as we grow and automate more things, we can bring this down. But, to ensure we’re treating all of our staff fairly, the processing period currently stands at 7 days
