If you’d like to book a one-off date, please send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date you’d like to book
- the space you’d like to use
- the time-slot
if the requirements are different from your usual booking:
- number of attendees
- type of event
- any equipment changes
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the date has been added. Please note, the date hasn’t been added until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
Things to bear in mind when adding dates:
- We need more than 7 days notice before adding any new bookings
- The added date may not be the same price as your usual booking due to our premium hours
- A toilet cleaning fee may be charged if the added booking falls into the criteria which require a fee.
