Most of the time, any changes you make on your online account are accepted and confirmed straight away. However, if your change hasn’t been accepted, it’s likely that you have unpaid invoices on your account.
As we aren’t able to process any changes when there are outstanding invoices on the account, please make sure that all invoices are paid before making any changes. If you’re not sure if you’ve paid, send us an email to info@school-space.org for a copy of your account statement.
