We understand- even after the most organised planning, sometimes something still needs changing. Please do let us know as soon as you realise you need to make a change, so we can catch it before it’s been processed!
Making changes to your booking won’t be a problem as long as:

there's availability

you request the change with more than 7 days before the booked date.
You’re booking a one-off event with us
If you have a one-off event booked at one of our schools, but you’ve realised you need to make a change, send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date you submitted the booking form
- your booking date, time, space and school
- the changes you would like to make (please detail the changes as clearly as possible, so our Customer Operations team can understand exactly what you need and can process them quickly)
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the changes have been made. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
You have a regular booking with us
If you’ve just booked in a regular slot at one of our schools, but need to make a change to send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date you submitted the form
- your booking pattern: day of the week, time-slot, space
- the changes you would like to make (please detail the changes as clearly as possible, so our Customer Operations team can understand exactly what you need and can process them quickly)
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the changes have been made. Please note, the change hasn’t been confirmed until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
