To ensure our schools gain the maximum benefit of letting out their spaces and so that our onsite staff members are paid fairly, bookings at our venues are subject to minimum spend charges which apply to each individual booking that you have with us here at School Space.
For regular bookings, we have a minimum spend of £35 per hour.
For example, if you book a space for 1 hour with an hourly rate of £19.50, you would be charged an additional £15.50 as a top up fee to reach the £35.00 minimum spend.
For one-off events and any booking with more than 100 attendees, the minimum spend per session is £60.00.
For example, if you book a space for 1 hour with an hourly rate of £42.00, you would be charged an additional £18.00 as a top up fee to reach the £60.00 minimum spend.
