- All one off bookings must be confirmed 14 working days before the event.
- We do not allow single date bookings on weekdays or after 6pm on weekends
- Bookings cannot be longer than 6 hours
- To book you must have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5,000,000
- Please do be aware there will be an additional £100.00 fee for deep cleaning & cleaning of toilets.
School Space does not permit:
- Alcohol
- Helium Balloons
- Open flames/tealights
- Access to kitchens
- Hot Food
Children’s Party Bookings
A party for a child with under 100 guests, will pay a deposit amount of £100.00, along with a cleaning fee of £100.00 and a minimum spend requirement of £70 per booking.
Payment Details
You will need to pay your £100 deposit, session price and cleaning fee for your booking to be confirmed and this needs to happen 14 working days before your booking to go ahead.
Small One Off Bookings
Small One-off bookings constitute of sporting or organisation event with under 150 attendees, bookings cannot be longer than 6 hours and a £100 cleaning may be applied to the booking. All bookings must be finished by 18:00pm.
Payment Details
Bookings will be charged at the usual per hour rate. The deposit amount will be £100.00 for all new customers and a £100.00 cleaning fee if required. You will need to pay your deposit, session price and cleaning fee if required for your booking to be confirmed and this needs to happen 14 working days before your booking to go ahead.
Large One-off Bookings
An event with over 150 attendees, capped at 500 attendees. If your booking is open to the public you will need to supply proof of a ticketing system to show how they are tracking their attendee numbers.
Payment Details
All large one-off bookings, 150 attendees or over will be charged at 2 x standard hourly rate. We will also charge a £200.00 deposit and a £100.00 cleaning fee. You will need to pay your session amount plus £200.00 deposit for your booking to be confirmed and this needs to happen one month before your event date for it to go ahead.
E.G If you are booking A Main Hall at an hourly rate of £50 and will have 300 attendees for 6 hours the cost of your booking will be:
Main Hall Hourly Rate: £30/hr x 2 = £60
Total Session Cost: £60 x 6 hours = £360
Deposit: £200
Cleaning Fee: £100
Total Cost: £660
The £200 security deposit will be returned after your booking is complete in line with our Hire Charges & Deposit Terms
If you cancel your one-off booking, the following charges apply:
- More than 14 working days before your event = Deposit retained Up to & including 14 working days before your event = Full booking cost retained
- If you make a booking after the 1st of the month for that same calendar month, the full booking cost will be retained if that booking is later cancelled.
