All our venue prices include the associated staffing costs to ensure the smooth running of the booking. In some of our schools, this may mean that our staff (Community Connectors) do not remain on-site at all times and their shift is only to arrive to open the school, then leave the site and return to close the school. A callout is when a School Space member of staff has to be called out to the school when they’re not on shift.
A call-out fee would be charged if a Community Connector has to wait an unreasonable length of time at either the beginning or end of the booking.
If you call out a Community Connector throughout a letting, you will be charged at £30 per callout, unless the space is not of an acceptable standard.
