If you’ve cancelled a booking by accident, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reinstate it for you.
As soon as the booking is cancelled, the Customer Operations team will begin the process of notifying the staffing for that date- so it’s really important that you let us know immediately if you need a booking reinstating.
Please note: if the cancelled booking in question is under 7 days away, it cannot be reinstated.
