If you’ve cancelled a booking but have still been charged, it’s likely that the booking was cancelled outside of the free cancellation period - you can read more details about our cancellation fees here.
If you've cancelled a booking within the free cancellation period, but it still appears on your invoice, it’s likely that we are still processing and revising your invoice. Making amendments to invoices can take a little while, so it’s likely that you’ll receive a new invoice soon.
If you’re still unsure, send us an email to info@school-space.org with details of:
- the cancelled booking date
- the invoice number
and our Customer Operations team can look into it for you.
