Schools normally have great equipment- however, in order to prevent accidental damage we don’t always have permission to use it.
You’re only allowed to use any equipment agreed with us in writing, (normally discussed during the booking process) so please ensure that you let our Sales team know about your equipment needs when you’re talking to them to avoid disappointment.
If the use of the equipment hasn’t been agreed in writing, you are not permitted to use it. If you do need to use equipment at the school, please send us an email to info@school-space.org detailing:
- Your booked space
- The equipment you would like to use
If the equipment is available and the school has given customers permission to use it, our Customer Operations team will get back to you and confirm that you can use the equipment.
If not, our Customer Operations team will get back to you to inform you that the equipment can’t be used.
Please remember that we do only let out the bare spaces, therefore we can’t guarantee or be held responsible for the condition of the equipment.
