New bookings
You’ll receive a confirmation email from our Customer Operations team letting you know that your booking has been confirmed. Please note this does mean that your booking isn’t confirmed until you have received this confirmation email. We work hard to process your bookings as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it can take up to 5 working days to confirm your booking.
If you’ve booked a regular booking (not for one-off events), once it’s confirmed you’ll be able to log in to your online account to manage your bookings.
If you already have an account with us and have requested extra bookings:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from our Customer Operations team letting you know that your booking has been added.
- You’ll be able to see the additional dates on your online account.
