The date has been cancelled, but it’s still on my invoice
If you’ve cancelled a booking before the 1st of the month but it’s still on your invoice, it’s likely that your invoice still needs to be updated by our Finance team.
This can take a week or two to be issued, and we ask that you wait for the new invoice to arrive before making payment.
If you've cancelled a booking after the 1st of the month for the upcoming month, you'll be charged a cancellation fee which is the cost of the booking. See our Cancellation Policy.
If you’re still concerned about a date appearing on your invoice and you cancelled before 1st, please send us an email to info@school-space.org including:
- invoice number
- the date that shouldn’t be on the invoice
There’s a date on my invoice that I need to cancel
If there’s a date on your invoice that you don’t need because you need to cancel it, you can cancel this on your online account. If you’re not sure how to cancel bookings, have a read here to learn how.
Please note: once the booking has been cancelled it can take a week or two to have the invoice revised and sent to you.
