I’ve added a booking this month after my invoice for the current month has been issued
If you’ve received your invoice for the month, and since receiving that invoice, you’ve made an additional booking, it’s likely that your invoice still needs to be updated by our Finance team. All invoices are generated and sent out the month before on the 15th, meaning that any changes made after this will require a revised invoice to be issued. This process can take a week or two.
If you’re still concerned about a date missing from your invoice, please send us an email to info@school-space.org including:
- invoice number
- the date that should be on the invoice
I thought I had previously booked a date in, but it's not on my invoice
If you think you had booked a date in before receiving your invoice for the month, but you’ve received your invoice and it’s not there, it’s best to check on your online account. Your online account is always completely up-to-date with all your upcoming bookings.
By clicking on the “upcoming bookings” tab after logging in, you can check if the date is there. If you’re not sure how to use your online account have a read here at our instructions.
If the date you need, isn’t on your online account, please email us on info@school-space.org with details of:
- the date you need to book
- the space and school
- the time-slot
Please note we do need more than 5 working days notice to add any new bookings, so do get in touch as soon as possible if you need to add in a date.
Our Customer Operations team will get back to you with confirmation that the date has been added. Please note, the date hasn’t been added until you’ve received an email confirmation from us.
